  • Black Knight

    Schwarzbier ABV: 5.4% IBU: 22

    This knight rides alone with a lighter body than traditional black beers, lifted to it’s mount with a great show of hop bitterness. Lighter body than one would expect but deep in flavor. Notes of coffee and chocolate swirl from the glass while the flavors drift to sweet, dark malt. Balanced, earthy tones ride throughout this well-balanced brew.

    BRETT IT BE SOUR

    Sour Ale ABV: 4.8% IBU: 20

    Blonde ale fermented then conditioned, longer then it took the Fab 3 to give Ringo his first song, in stainless, on a blend of Brettanomyces yeast and bacterial strains Lactobacillus and Pediococcus where it soured naturally and developed a complex flavor profile changing throughout the years. Strikingly sour and dry, this rare treat is refreshing and effervescent with that brett funk & fruitiness.
