    Sour Ale ABV: 4.8% IBU: 20

    Blonde ale fermented then conditioned, longer then it took the Fab 3 to give Ringo his first song, in stainless, on a blend of Brettanomyces yeast and bacterial strains Lactobacillus and Pediococcus where it soured naturally and developed a complex flavor profile changing throughout the years. Strikingly sour and dry, this rare treat is refreshing and effervescent with that brett funk & fruitiness.

You’ve asked for a back to basics wildflower honey mead, something that showcases the textured honey character and nothing more. It’s healthy to challenge the norm, but sometimes it’s good to pause, reflect, and remember that sometimes simple is better. This is simply a traditional wildflower mead.
