Our Saint Fatty's classic Irish-style red ale is a delightful addition to our seasonal release series. It has a medium body and strong malt backbone with flavors of caramel, toffee, and a slightly toasted/roasted malt. Put a little character in your glass! Sláinte!

Puckering sour with the addition of blueberries and blackberries for an added tartness with a hint of sweet fruit.

Prepare your palate to surrender to this two-fisted brew. Aromas of chocolate and dark fruit will initially assault your senses. Smooth and creamy with rich, complex flavors of dark dried fruits, licorice, and molasses. Our Head of Operations says this beer was the only thing that could refresh him after his epic days on the battlefield in the war for independence from Longshanks.

This is a highly drinkable golden ale style that originated in the German city of Cologne and is still the beer choice there. A crisp, well balanced beer with a delicate fruity aroma, soft maltiness, and a subtle noble hop aroma.

From the mountains of Colorado straight to your glass! Freshly picked and frozen, they are used in the boil, mash and even dry hopped. Paired with piney aromas from Chinook and Simcoe hops.

This knight rides alone with a lighter body than traditional black beers, lifted to it’s mount with a great show of hop bitterness. Lighter body than one would expect but deep in flavor. Notes of coffee and chocolate swirl from the glass while the flavors drift to sweet, dark malt. Balanced, earthy tones ride throughout this well-balanced brew.
