Irish Red Ale

Our Saint Fatty's classic Irish-style red ale is a delightful addition to our seasonal release series. It has a medium body and strong malt backbone with flavors of caramel, toffee, and a slightly toasted/roasted malt. Put a little character in your glass! Sláinte!
When we’re emulating region-specific beer styles, we design our recipe as if we are brewing on location. We carefully select imported malts, hops, and yeast, and even work to replicate water chemistry profiles. We employ specific brewing and cellaring techniques to brew the best representation of every style of beer, every time.
