Our Process Hopping

Great hoppy beer requires great hops. Our selection process is rigorous; our brewery and quality control teams analyze hop samples on-site, at the farm, or in-house before we start brewing. We carefully select choice hops for a variety of uses. Adding them to the kettle provides bitterness and flavor for our standard ales and lagers. We also use them in the whirlpool, leaf back, and dry hop stages to elevate the flavors and aromas of our dankest IPAs. Our reckless use of high-quality hops ensures an amazing beer with every sip.
