Donations

Fat Head’s supports charities and organizations that share in our passion and commitment. Requests for free beer cannot be granted. If you’ve got a great event for a good cause, read on…

• Please submit your request as early as possible. Our minimum lead time to review the request and respond is 10 days.
• The event must be at least 6 weeks away from the date the request is submitted. If your event date is less than 6 weeks away we’ll have to respectfully decline, but please keep us in mind for future events.
• Organizations must fit within our distribution footprint.
• Only one donation request per organization will be reviewed over a 12 month period.
• Donation requests must fit within our donation budget. We have a certain amount we can donate each month. If we have hit our budget allowance for the month in which you will receive your donation then we will not be able to fulfill it this time around. Thank you for your understanding.
• All donation requests must be submitted online. We do not accept in-person requests.
• A copy of a valid IRS tax exemption certificate must be attached to the request in order to be considered.
• You will be notified via email whether your request has been approved within 10 days of submitting your request.
• We do not provide staff to work at events or deliver donations.
